– Our standard service fee for travel document assistance and preparation is USD $39 per traveler
– If additional travelers are included in the same order, a flat additional service fee of USD $39 applies for up to five (5) additional travelers
– Government fees, where applicable, are separate from our service fee and are clearly shown before payment
– When required, government fees are collected during checkout and remitted to the relevant authority as part of the application process
– Government fees are determined by the relevant authority and are generally non-refundable
– Our service fee includes form guidance, application review and error checking, digital photo formatting to meet official specifications, and customer support
– Processing timelines vary by destination and are determined by the relevant government authority
