About Our Service<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.1 Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide assistance with organizing information and preparing travel-related forms, including electronic travel forms and entry-related documentation, for travelers who prefer guided support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.2 Independent Private Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PH Global Industries LLC is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or issuing authority.<br>We do not make decisions regarding the approval, denial, or processing time of any application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.3 Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our service fee is $39 USD per application, excluding government or consular fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government fees vary based on the issuing country and application type and are paid directly to the relevant authority unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All prices are shown in USD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Additional payment processing charges may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.2 Government Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Government or consular fees are separate and not included in our service fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.3 Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your purchase is subject to our comprehensive <a href=\"https:\/\/travelasyst.com\/es\/refund-policy\/\">Pol\u00edtica De Reembolsos<\/a>, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Full Refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No substantive work has begun on your application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mistake was made by us during the application process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Partial Refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You decide to cancel the service before we transmit your data to the government<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You notice a personal data error shortly after submitting your order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your travel plans change significantly before the submission occurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds Not Allowed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After the preparation service has been completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the application is rejected by the issuing authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you provided inaccurate or incomplete information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the government changes travel rules or requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
